In accordance with the actual legislation, the guarantee period is 12 months from the date of purchase. The buyer has only the right to guarantee if the product is faulty at the moment of delivery. For faults caused by an inappropriate elaboration of the product, the seller cannot be held responsible. The seller cannot be held responsible for any follow damages caused by faulty products or late delivery. Furthermore, there is no right to guarantee if the product is not suitable for the intended use; therefore the buyer has to verify the possible usage of the product before buying it.


The GREEN SOUL ensures adherence to the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act and the relevant legal standards for the collection, processing, and use of personal data. The customer data acquired during the order process is for internal use only. The information is only disclosed to third parties if this is absolutely necessary for the proper performance of the service. The user declares to agree on the above-mentioned use of his data. Furthermore, at any time he has the right to take vision of his saved data and can forbid its use for internal marketing purposes.


The Green soul is eager that your purchases will be sent as soon as possible upon receiving your order. You conveniently can make payments based on the credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex), Advanced Payment via bank transfer or Post Finance. An amount of CHF 50.00 green soul offers free shipping in Switzerland. Is the value less than CHF 50.00 there will be charged a delivery fee of CHF 6.90,-. The purchased goods (excluding shipping fee) can also be picked up directly in the Zurich Restaurant Sacred.

To place an order you must complete your transaction through our secure payment facilities. Once your order has been accepted and processed you will receive an e-mail within 12 hours, this confirmation contains information about your order. We will update you once your order is prepared for dispatch. All of our products are made in small batches, therefore on occasion, something you have ordered maybe unavailable if this occurs does not worry as we will contact you and offer you an alternative product or a refund. All our prices as stated on our website are in swiss franc (CHF).

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.


At the moment of the delivery, the buyer has to check if the goods are complete and without damages. In the case of transport damages or missing goods, GREEN SOUL has to be informed immediately.


The risk in respect of the goods passes to the customer at the time when the goods are made available for collection at the GREEN SOUL and taken over by the transport company. The GREEN SOUL accepts no liability for any loss or damage occurring during transport.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.


A return of the goods delivered according to the contract is possible only in case of damage or wrong delivery. We ask you to inspect the goods immediately at the delivery as the return is only accepted within 7 days of receipt. To return the goods the buyer needs the proof of purchase. Before returning the goods, GREEN SOUL has to be informed in written form about the reason for the return. The buyer is responsible and has to pay the costs for the transport of the returned goods. GREEN SOUL reserves the right to execute a product control on the returned goods.
